Under slung-Cranes are the ideal solution when supporting steelwork beneath the crane is not an option. We offer single span and multi-span options. As Under slung-Cranes are supported from the roof structure, minimized loadings are usually a requirement.
Om Sai-Cranes manufacture a standard range of single girder Under slung cranes in capacities up to 12.5 ton. Larger capacities are available upon request but roof loads may be a limiting factor. Multi-span cranes are available with overall bridge lengths greater than 100 metres.

TROLLEY(C.T) : Cross Travel Trolley are designed to suit either standard Rolled
Steel Joist or box girder. The Trolley frame is rigidly bolted with hoist frame through series of holes. The motorized trolley units have spur gearbox. Hand geared trolley and push pull trolly are also available. |

LIMIT SWITCHES- L.T.,C.T., HOIST : To avoid over winding or over lowering of wire rope, limit switches are provided with each hoist, which ensures the highest and lowest position of load hook |

PUSH BUTTON STATION : Push Button Switch of reputed make is used 2 stations and 4 stations. Push Button Station is suspended from one end of bridge at a uitable height from the floor level with stepped down voltage. |

END CARRIAGE(HEEL ASSEMBLIES) : Trolley Wheel on end carriage made from EN-8 material. Double flanged straight treaded type fitted with antifriction. Heat treated to archive a special orbatizedstructures up to depth of 20 mm. to 25 mm. from the surface and gradually diminishing toward the center retaining the core properties. |
